When I got a refund and switched brands, it turned out that they gave me a dead mobo also. Took like 3 months to diagnose and wait overall since I didn't have any known-good parts. That was fun. Oddly, I put a mark on the corner of my mobo when I was installing it, and my replacement board had the same mark—i. Wonder if that's common practice, or if the board had a common failure mode they tested for.
For stuff i've bought personally? Gigabyte z87m-d3h boards had some weird issues, about 4 i5 's can't rmember if k or not , stacks of seagate drives Honestly i can't recall ever having an evga or xfx card die. A couple of cases though they were damaged in transit to the store. RIP C70, you didn't deserve getting bashed like that. Acer x34 monitor which are famous for BLB but mine was shipping damage.

Oct 12, 2, 0 I went through the reseller and had them do all the work. All I did was describe the problem to them, and have them send it off to Abit.
A couple days later, I went to pick it up. The only thing is, I have to do that again! Redwingsguy Diamond Member. Jan 6, 3, 0 0. Rain, just curious, did they make you pay the shipping all 9 of those times?
And I beleive they said they fix the broken board and send it back, and not send brand new ones, they just repackage the fixed one again. Nope, Just had to pay shipping to get them there to Fremont CA. I suspect some of the boards they sent me where fixed up returned boards also. There was no way to tell since they would only send the board no ide cables or other goodies. Three had bad crappoint bios, two had bad floppy controllers, one could not get enough voltage to the vcore and would just barely boot up, another one had a bad pci slot, another had a bad secondary ide controller and the last one had a spotty ps2 keyboard conector that had a mind of its own.
