After a year or so with out it, I was missing it. When using it my sensitivity was majorly reduced and it whitened my teeth. It was so gradual I didn't notice the benefits until something that normal hurt my teeth, had no effect.
Over time of not using Supersmile my sensitivity returned. I am back to using Supersmile! I waited to review this toothpaste until I finished the whole tube. I have to say my money would have been much better spent on whitening strips, unfortunately.
There's nothing wrong with the toothpaste, it just doesn't whiten at all. I'm pretty disappointed. This toothpaste keeps your teeth white without sensitivity. I've had great dentist checkups since using this!

This toothpaste seems to be reasonably effective as a whitener. It is supposed to be applied with a dry toothbrush, which takes some getting used to, but the results are worth the effort. This toothpaste has been effective in mildly whitening my teeth without any gum irritation or tooth sensitivity! Can anyone confirm if parabens are listed in this product's ingredients? They stay pretty white because they are crowns. However, they get stained a bit with the same things that stain regular teeth. After I got my teeth cleaned I started using SuperSmile toothpaste every morning.
